About Us

Events Can Do More Than Fill a Calendar

The 803 Project exists because we believe events can change how people feel, how communities connect, and how causes gain traction.

Our Story

The 803 Project was born from a simple truth: people are hungry for connection, but connection has to be created intentionally. In a world full of noise, the most meaningful moments still happen face-to-face — when families, friends, teams, neighbors, and supporters gather around something bigger than themselves.

We saw a gap between "events that look good" and events that truly do good. We created The 803 Project to close that gap by using the power of gatherings — sports culture, outdoor lifestyle, community festivals, brand activations, and mission-driven experiences — to honor veterans, strengthen community, and create measurable impact.

We are proudly based in Colorado, and we carry that Colorado spirit into everything we do: resilience, adventure, community pride, and a commitment to showing up for one another.

Our Values

What We Stand For

Purpose-Driven

Every event is built around a clear mission and measurable goals.

Community First

We prioritize genuine connection and tangible benefit for the communities we serve.

Service-Minded

With military roots and a service-first mindset, honoring those who served is central to everything we do.

Colorado Spirit

Resilience, adventure, community pride, and a commitment to showing up for one another.

Results-Focused

Energy and aesthetics matter, but measurable outcomes are the real finish line.

Authentic Impact

Impact is not a tagline — it is a standard applied to every event we produce.

Who We Serve

Veterans and Veteran-Support Organizations

Those who need a strong platform to rally people around meaningful causes and create spaces where service, sacrifice, and community are recognized.

Colorado Communities

Communities that want events done right — safe, engaging, well-organized, and positive experiences that leave something better than they found.

Brands and Partners

Organizations that want more than "logo placement" — they want alignment, storytelling, and outcomes that justify investment.
