Adrienne Steele is the founder of The 803 Project, based in Denver, Colorado. She builds events the way high-performing brands require: with clear positioning, the right audience, and marketing that converts attention into action.
With more than 10 years in the events and promotions world, she has developed a rare blend of skills — creative storytelling, boots-on-the-ground execution, and performance-driven promotion — that makes sponsorships feel meaningful and measurable.

The Timeline That Shaped Her Edge
Adrienne's foundation was built early through hands-on roles where results and professionalism mattered more than titles. She worked in Colorado's event ecosystem as a brand ambassador and promotional model beginning in 2016, supporting high-visibility experiences across the mountain region and Denver metro — an environment that demands energy, precision, and real-time problem solving.
As her career progressed, she expanded from on-site event roles into strategy and account-based marketing, managing many clients at once and helping organizations plan annual advertising and promotional approaches, including writing ad copy, developing strategy, and supporting execution on event days.
She later formalized her role as a marketing consultant in Denver — most recently as an Event Marketing Consultant (2023 to 2025) — bringing her field experience into sponsor-focused planning, partner communication, and campaign-level thinking.
