Our mission is to produce and promote purpose-driven events that bring people together in a way that is authentic, strategic, and results-focused.

Why We Exist

The 803 Project was born from a simple truth: people are hungry for connection, but connection has to be created intentionally. In a world full of noise, the most meaningful moments still happen face-to-face — when families, friends, teams, neighbors, and supporters gather around something bigger than themselves.

We also exist to serve — especially those who have served. With military roots and a service-first mindset at the center of our story, we are driven to build event platforms that honor veterans, support veteran-focused organizations, and create spaces where service, sacrifice, and community are recognized in a real way.

For us, "impact" is not a tagline. It is a standard: every event should leave something better than it found it — whether that is a community partnership, funds raised, awareness built, jobs supported, relationships strengthened, or a veteran feeling genuinely seen and appreciated.
